About Jessica Bongard Jessica Bongard is the Plumpest Peach chef and food photographer. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Vermont and has worked at many restaurants including the Moosewood Restaurant in Ithaca, New York (famous for their vegetarian cookbooks). She also received certification from the American Sommelier Association in New York City as a Sommelier. Jessica is a member of Slow Food Vermont and the Vermont Fresh Network.
